Work Environment & Team 

Until the end of March, you will work from our beautiful office in Barendrecht, located in a vibrant business park. From the end of March onward, we will transition to a primarily remote setup as we move between offices. During this time, we will have once a week an in-person meeting in an intermediate workspace, giving you the opportunity to collaborate and socialize face-to-face. This setup offers you flexibility while keeping you connected with the team.  You will work in a small and close-knit team of employees who all have a passion for our brand and products. Wonderful product management colleagues are ready to support and guide you during your internship at which you will meet many great international colleagues and work in a truly international environment.

 

What will you do?

• Analyse competitive products and pricing.
• Support with projects that are executed in a centralized cross functional team to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI’s) in the International Sales Business Units (EMEA & APAC).
• Push and support projects through our NPI process.
• Communicate to and support local teams with the execution of product launches.

• Advice the Sales team or answer product related questions.

   

Who you are/What you can do: 

• You live and breathe fitness, it is your passion! Experience / knowledge that you want to bring to the world leader of the Fitness Industry is highly preferred.
• HBO educational level or higher.
• Fluency in English required, Dutch preferred.
• Strong Analytical & Organizational skills.
• Excellent work ethics.

We truly see you as a colleague within our team! Of course, you will also receive an appropriate monthly internship allowance of 400 EUR,- gross.

Please note: From March 2025, our Life Fitness office will move from Barendrecht to Rotterdam. During this transition, from March till August/September, we will not have an office and will rent workspaces in Rotterdam for physical meetings. Despite renting these spaces, physical meetings will be limited, and some independence will be required/expected through flexible home working. Inform at your school if an internship position at our product management department as a predominantly home-based work position would be accepted.
