International Customer Service Coordinator

International Customer Service Coordinator

What you will do:

You will be responsible for processing incoming spare parts orders for Life Fitness equipment, mainly from our international distributors in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region. Secondly working with our BeNeLux team on spare parts orders for clients located in that region. You will be part of our Benelux/EMEA distributor business service team.

Handling the complete order process for our Distributor partners in the EMEA region from order entry to the delivery of goods is a key role in our organization. You are the first point of contact for our EMEA distributors regarding parts purchase orders, warranty orders and other related questions. You are also the link between our distributors and the different departments in our US office and warehouses. You’ll be known across the world in no-time…

Your day will consist of processing orders and to pro-active follow-up with delivering the best possible service. This also includes alignment of delivery times, arranging pick-up dates with our warehouses and checking order approval with your sales & finance colleagues. So multi-tasking comes with the job!

We are looking for someone with preferably a finished bachelors’ Degree and a proactive mindset who can handle and solve any issues that may occur with a customer focused approach. As you will be working close with our sales, logistics, service and finance department, this is a great chance to develop your career!

Who you are/What you can do:

  • Finished Bachelors’ Degree, with 0-2 years’ experience;
  • Some experience in a customer and/or logistics focused environment is preferred;
  • Excellent knowledge and command of the Dutch and English Language (speaking and writing);
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software;
  • Good communicative skills;
  • Capable of understanding complicated (business) processes
