Order Fulfilment Manager

What will you do?

As the Order Fulfillment Manager DB EMEA at Life Fitness, you are the team leader of the team responsible for the entire daily order process within the distributor business (DB) across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EMEA). This means that lead and are a part of the team that works closely with our 40+ distribution partners and their sales and logistical teams for all their orders of our Fitness equipment.

It's an exciting international environment where collaboration with international partners and their warehouses & logistics is essential. You will manage a team of 6 Order Fulfillment Coordinators, 4 work on location at our Barendrecht office and 2 work abroad from our UK office.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Order Fulfillment DB EMEA team
  • Monitor and control the order processes between our international distribution partners and the Life Fitness factories.
  • Process escalations of the Order Fulfilment Coordinator team
  • Maintain relationships with international partners for transport (ex-works).
  • Prepare weekly sales reports.

What do we ask of you?

To thrive in this role a communicative talent combined with strong analytical skills is required. By thoroughly analysing processes, you can identify problems and devise appropriate solutions that you can clearly communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.  We’re looking for someone with a background in Order Management or Supply Chain and preferably with some type of leadership and commercial experience.

Required qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft AX & Excel is a plus.
  • Residency in the region of Rotterdam
