Product Management Coordinator (International)

The Life Fitness Family of Brands is comprised of six distinctly different brands that combine to provide opportunities for everyone to be active. To join the International Product Management Team in the Barendrecht Office we are looking for a fulltime Product Management Coordinator: 

What you will do:

As Product Management Coordinator, you are part of the International Product Management Team that is responsible for managing the introduction of new- and manage existing products in the EMEA and APAC region. In this analytical role you coordinate and support pricing and competitive/market intelligence initiatives, analyze product sales data and represent the International Sales Business Unit as it relates to product development and product launches. 

Main tasks:

• Support with projects that are executed in a centralized cross functional team to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI’s) in the International Sales Business Units.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our NPI process.
• Communicate to and support local teams with the execution of product launches.
• Pro-actively analyze product sales, competitor product/pricing and support the business.
• Support with International pricing initiatives for your NPI’s with 8 Business Units in 6 different currencies.
• Be 1st level point person for local business units in answering product related questions.

A day in the life of: 

On a Monday morning, after a coffee, we catch-up on the weekend and then continue to how we could further improve our competitive comparison and how to best approach the changing macro-economic cost (i.e. steel & freight price) and you start to analyze how our product margins are impacted. After lunch you are on a call with Global Product Managers and – Marketeers to e.g. discuss how to work on various projects and where we could improve some processes and our business. When wrapping up the day you are looking forward to tomorrow, because you get the chance to launch a product that you worked towards for some time!

 

Who you are/What you can do:

• You live and breathe fitness, it is your passion! Experience / knowledge that you want to bring to the world leader of the Fitness Industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (HBO, University) preferably Commercial oriented
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office365, especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI/Qlik Sense
• 1 to 3 years’ of experience in Project- or Category Management
• Fluency in English required
• Strong Analytical & Organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure
