Product Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

As a Product Marketing Coordinator within our global marketing communications team you will play a key role in supporting the product marketing plans behind our industry’s leading brands Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. Reporting directly to the Director of Product & Segment Marketing, you will transform deep customer insights into sharp product positioning and targeted messaging.

In this role, you will support high impact go to market plans that drive demand, deepen customer engagement and fuel business growth. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering cross-functional with product, sales and marketing teams worldwide, this to shape how our products connect with the targeted markets.

What will you do?

  • Translate customer insights and pain points from global segments into compelling value propositions and powerful product messaging.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence in close partnership with the product and research teams.
  • Support the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches alongside the global MarCom, Digital, and Experience teams.
  • Build and elevate our product marketing toolkit and storytelling to drive demand across every stage of the B2B customer journey.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams globally to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of new product launches and sales tools.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure, analyse, and optimize the impact of product marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the product management team throughout the entire product development process and support ongoing portfolio lifecycle management.

     

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, or another related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, specifically in product or segment marketing role.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, command in the Dutch language is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, workflows, and meet deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including international trips.
  • Prior experience working with global brands in an international corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of the health and fitness market is a plus.
  • Experience in modern marketing processes, automation software, CRM, AI-powered platforms, and project management tools.
  • A collaborative approach with a strong, proactive "can-do" mentality.
