Technical Sales Support Coordinator

For our international office in Barendrecht, we are looking for a fulltime Technical Sales Operations Coordinator.

Job overview: 

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for developing the sales models in our product configurator e-Con, and management of the Advanced Forms electronic document processing engine.Development and maintenance of our CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) system e-Con is a vital part of our business operations. E-Con makes it possible to save quotations in an efficient and customer friendly way into Dynamics AX, also we record the business rules of Life Fitness in this software which enables the organization to be flexible in quoting. As simple as e-Con looks on the front-end, as complicated it is in the back-end: it requires coding skills and a good understanding of the company’s business processes, in order to build a system that exactly does what we need it to do.

Advanced Forms is key to ensure that we produce both internal and customer facing documents which meet the needs of the business, in all languages required. Advanced Forms requires an excellent understanding of both master data structures and of e-Con, as these three are working together to produce the forms. To be able to manage all forms, we work cross functionally with the form owners of other areas: we work with documents for Finance, Service, Order management, Sales, Warehousing.

A Sales Operations Coordinator is typically working on different Business Operations projects. These are aiming to improve our systems and processes, to be able to serve our internal customers better, who in turn can serve our external customers better. The Sales Operations Coordinator also works  as a backup for the Master Data Coordinator. He/she has a good understanding of master data, and is able to execute the recurring tasks.

 

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Affinity with MS Access or another database management system (queries, forms, macros)
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
  • Ability to uptake new application software
  • A teamplayer & a multitasker
  • Analytical & interpersonal skills

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in an application development/maintenance role is a plus
  • Previous experience using MS Dynamics AX is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
  • Coding experience is a plus
